Assemble and repair products and merchandise in-store per manufacturer instructions; provide customer service and build positive retailer relationships; coordinate with Retailer management to confirm build lists/inventory; generate and complete invoices daily; maintain a safe, clean workspace and ensure completed builds leave a clean area; role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work with physical activity, paid per-piece with earnings potential from $15-$25/hour (up to $30/hour for experienced staff after training); must be able to pass background and drug tests, be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and have basic tools (hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver). Day-shift availability and a willingness to train on products are required; prior experience is a plus. The job is seasonal with flexible scheduling, on-site at retail stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, and offers potential for increased hours during peak seasons; responsibilities include assembly, repair, customer interaction, invoicing, safety and workspace upkeep, and adherence to retailer guidelines.
