Job Summary
Daily assembly of machinery from blueprints, schematics or verbal instructions, covering pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical construction. Reads hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and electrical prints; wires switches and cables as printed; measures with tape to alignment within 1/16"; identifies and uses SAE/Metric fasteners; demonstrates drilling and tapping with hand, air, or electric tools; works at heights on ladders, platforms, and scissor lifts; uses power tools and operates with a team-focused mindset while following Standard Work Instructions. Willingness to read prints, understand ERC changes, and mentor others as needed; capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years in an assembly environment preferred.
