Job Summary
As an Assembly Technician 1, you will produce and assemble products while meeting or exceeding production and quality standards. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and packing products in accordance with SOPs, maintaining production records, visually inspecting work to ensure quality standards, and determining daily production needs. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will also perform necessary computer transactions, keep the work area clean, and assist with various job assignments as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand or walk for 10 – 12 hours
- Ability to frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 35 pounds
- Willingness and attitude to work with others
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
