Job Summary
RTU Assembly Tech (Road Crew) responsible for installation and fabrication of rooftop screening around HVAC/other equipment, using blueprints and project specs. Duties include measuring, cutting metal/composite panels, assembling barriers or enclosures, ensuring alignment, structural stability, wind-load compliance, and aesthetic finishes. Travel and overtime required. Safety-focused with OSHA/PPE adherence; operate hand/power tools; read blueprints; coordinate with project teams; maintain documentation in ERP; mentor/train new team members. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and perform outdoor installations in varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction, sheet metal installation, fabrication, or related fields.
