Job Summary
Model Jupiter Bach's SQDC hierarchy and ensure subordinate team members adhere to these standards. Provide daily schedule updates with management, conduct quality inspections, and correct subpar items before release. Deliver accurate hands-on training, maintain and secure tools, and perform scheduled audits. Communicate immediate HR issues and policy violations to supervisors, ensuring team compliance with safety rules and production policies. Maintain acceptable production area cleanliness and inventory levels as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while reporting violations promptly.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with required tools for the production process
- Knowledge of the production process
- Proven dependability, performance, and attendance
- Ability to read, understand, and convey work instructions to team members
- Must be willing to be utilized in other departments and production roles as necessary
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe manner 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to bend and crawl for 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to crouch, kneel and stoop for 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 6+ hours per shift
- Must be able to operate foot pedals for 4+ hours per shift
- Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken words, and distinguish objects and equipment visually
