Job Summary
Seeking an Assembly Tech/Laser Welding Operator responsible for performing general assembly and laser welding operations under supervision. Key tasks include printed wire board assembly, ultrasonic cleaning, component forming, and ensuring quality through in-process testing. Candidates should have mechanical assembly experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to attain required certifications such as ESD and explosive handling. Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives such as ISO 9000 and Statistical Process Control is expected, along with guiding and training less experienced employees.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year of mechanical assembly experience
- Basic knowledge of computers and associated software such as word processing and spreadsheet applications
Desired Qualifications
- General soldering experience (IPC J-STD-001)
- Laser Welding experience
