Job Summary
Assembles and prepares pressure vessels for hydro-testing at Lochinvar (A.O. Smith) in Lebanon, TN. Sets up and operates hydro testing equipment and blasting booth; checks sand blasted units for completeness. Uses saws, drill press, and other cutting equipment to shape structural steel; assembles and/or attaches elements, gauges, pipes, tube bundles, wiring, and control panels; solders copper pipe and performs TIG/MIG welding per blueprints and wiring diagrams. Operates PLC furnace control and follows blueprints/work instructions to ensure proper vessel assembly. Requires basic manufacturing experience; High School Diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50-100 lbs; must wear PPE (steel-toe shoes/boots, ear and eye protection). ADA/EEO statements noted. Location: Lebanon, TN; on-site role with no remote work stated.
