Job Summary
Assemble and plate fresh, ready-to-eat meals according to company guides and portion standards using scales and measuring tools. Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation while adhering to strict sanitation, food safety, and GMP procedures. Communicate shortages or production concerns to leadership and keep workstations organized to minimize waste. Work collaboratively with the team in a refrigerated environment around 38°F, standing for up to 10 hours per shift. This role supports Fitlife Foods' Culinary Center team in delivering high-quality, non-frozen meals across Florida and Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment around 38°F for extended periods
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift to 35 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach regularly
- Ability to read and follow plating guides, recipes, and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to accept coaching and follow established procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
