Job Summary
Assemble Team Leader 3 oversees first-level supervision of the assembly shopfloor, including attendance/discipline and achieving on-time delivery of spare parts and products. Responsibilities include developing a customer-focused team culture, driving 100% adherence to continuous improvement processes, managing staffing and morale, and facilitating smooth product/process introductions to meet time, quality, and cost targets. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and a technician certificate is preferred. Proficiency in 6S/lean practices and cross-functional collaboration with quality, production engineering, and R&D is desired; familiarity with SAP/Excel/PPT and basic English is needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in assembly shopfloor management
- Experience with pumps, compressors, motors preferred
- Experience leading quality and other improvement projects
- Good communication skills
- Technician certificate preferred
- Basic English reading/writing
- Experience with 6S/lean manufacturing practices
- Able to understand customer needs and communicate to operators
- Proficiency with SAP/Excel/PPT
