Job Summary
Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action to address identified issues. Participate in weekly quality meetings to establish and implement team-specific quality goals. Attend Team Lead meetings to identify and resolve operational challenges throughout the shop. Document, review, and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures while maintaining full compliance with onboarding schedules. Coordinate and track cross-training efforts to support staffing flexibility. Support team development while reinforcing adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards. Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3pm, with overtime as business requires. Starting pay is $28/hr+.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two or more years of experience in production or a related field
- Pre-employment drug screening
