Job Summary
Directly supervise and monitor assembly line operators, processes, material needs, and production output to ensure GLOCK products are assembled according to company procedures and quality specifications. Coordinate personnel, productivity, and output while addressing complaints, resolving minor issues, and assisting with training. Drive quality and productivity by motivating the team, inspecting products, and efficiently setting up production lines with correct gauges, tools, and components. Ensure personnel follow ISO procedures, maintain accurate documentation for parts discrepancies and inventory, and utilize inventory management systems to book orders. Continuously monitor equipment such as frame pin presses and grease machines, restock small parts, and segregate non-conforming products with Quality Control Inspectors. Report hourly and daily assembly output, defects, and issues to management, support necessary information exchange between shifts, and facilitate the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness in the assembly area while supporting LEAN activities and 5S principles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or a GED
- 1-2 years related experience
- Forklift Certified
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Must be present in regular attendance
- Must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to shift start
- Must remain until all end of shift procedures are completed
- Must be able to alternate between sitting or standing at will
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to twist
- Must be able to bend
- Must exercise clarity of vision for extended periods
- Must be able to use both gross and fine manipulation of fingers and hands

- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office
- Must be able to utilize pallet lifts and pallet jacks
- Must be able to perform basic keyboarding
- Must be able to manipulate controllers
