Job Summary
Lead engineering teams delivering next-generation Engine, Transmission, and Axle programs across North America from concept to implementation. Drive program launches by partnering with Manufacturing Strategy, Product Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure top-tier quality, cost, and timing. Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement on the plant floor through Failure Mode Avoidance, automation initiatives like cobots and AMRs, and Kaizen events. Coach and mentor your team to foster a safe and high-performing culture while supporting the development of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Experience delivering Engine, Transmission, and Axle programs
- Experience operating across North America
- Experience driving program launches from concept to implementation
- Experience partnering with Manufacturing Strategy
