Assembly Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversees daily assembly operations for heavy industrial equipment, plans manpower/materials/tools, assigns work to meet production goals, and coordinates with Controls Assembly and Pre-Assembly. Provides leadership to a 5–15 person team, coaches staff, and promotes a safe, productive environment. Drives 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, tracks performance metrics, ensures proper assembly processes, and troubleshoots issues with engineering/manufacturing. Leverages ERP (Syteline) for job tracking and maintenance, enforces ISO quality requirements, and supports run-offs and disassembly for shipment. Strong emphasis on reading blueprints, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 3-5 years of relevant supervisory/assembly experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
