Job Summary
Assemble Supervisor: lead one or more teams in the execution of production/manufacturing processes, assign daily tasks to associates, monitor progress, train and mentor staff, and collaborate with management to improve production efficiency. Key duties include supervising staff, communicating expectations, planning and appraising results, recruiting and onboarding employees, maintaining workflow and quality standards, coordinating equipment maintenance, analyzing production performance data, developing procedures and controls, researching new processes to reduce costs, and maintaining a safe, ISO 9001-compliant work environment while fostering cooperation across departments and maintaining relations with union representatives. Responsibilities also encompass scheduling, prioritizing work, resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement and professional development. Requirements include English proficiency, ability to read industrial drawings/specifications, experience in ISO 9001 settings, US work authorization, and physical capability to handle job duties; one or more years of supervisory/manufacturing experience are preferred, with two or more years preferred in electrical-related work.
