Job Summary
Lead one or more teams in executing production and manufacturing processes by assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with policies. Coordinate workflow, coach employees, and enforce systems while maintaining quality standards and safe work environments. Schedule personnel, resolve problems, and analyze production data to improve processes and reduce costs. Maintain relationships with union representatives and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards. Work night shift with US work authorization, lifting 50lbs, and sitting, standing, or walking for four hours.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to read industrial specific drawings and specifications
- Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment
- US work authorization without sponsorship
- Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check
- Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time
- Alignment with company core values
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Two plus years of experience in the electrical industry
- Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment
