Assembly Supervisor

Supervise and schedule assembly operations, including material flow, headcount, and temporary workforce planning. Implement Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping to drive productivity and quality. Collaborate with Engineering and Materials teams to resolve workflow issues, investigate inventory discrepancies, and process returned goods efficiently. Lead daily materials and production meetings to report on order status and missed deadlines while managing time and attendance records. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and promote continuous improvement through employee engagement. This hands-on leadership role supports safety initiatives and compliance with company policies within a global electrical and digital infrastructure organization.
