Job Summary
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians while ensuring production targets and quality standards are met consistently. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues to minimize downtime, and implement safety protocols and company policies. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material flow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes. Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in leadership, including proven ability to lead teams and solve problems. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, ERP system experience, and bilingual skills are bonuses. Required Qualifications
