Job Summary
Manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity targets and drive business results. Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions. Work closely with site leadership to establish clear processes aligned with business objectives. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards while prioritizing a proactive safety mindset. Communicate clear expectations and goals to the team, advocating for continuous improvement initiatives. Support team member development and collaboration to drive performance. This role operates within a global footprint company with roots dating back to 1914, focusing on outdoor environment solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and regulations
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to meet required goals and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in supervisory or team lead role
- Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution
