Job Summary
Assemble and supervise daily assembly operations on the shop floor, driving safe, efficient, on-time production; lead, coach, and develop team members; manage labor utilization, attendance, and timekeeping for direct reports; maintain visual management boards, lead daily huddles, and pursue 6S discipline; ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards; translate production plans into actionable priorities and sequencing; apply Lean / MBS tools for continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives; collaborate with HR on employee development and engagement; monitor KPI tracking and production targets to boost efficiency and reduce disruptions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly operations environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor presence
- Experience using Lean / MBS tools and leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
