Job Summary
Assemble all programmed doors at AHMQ, assuring full compliance with required standards and business mission objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Lead and manage assembly production lines for relevant technologies, actively contributing to shareholder, customer, and stakeholder objectives through self-sustaining continuous improvement. Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to stabilize product transfers to new locations. This Permanent Professional Leadership role within Airbus Helicopters Mexico Queretaro supports the company's global rotary-wing aviation portfolio and sustainable aerospace initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering
- 2 to 4 years leading and managing assembly production lines of relevant technologies and products
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Previous experience in transferring products and production to a new location, including its increase and stabilization
- SAP
