Job Summary
Coordinate staff activities to achieve safety, quality, volume, and delivery time goals while developing the team and optimizing resources. Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures and that machinery, tooling, materials, and equipment are available for production tasks. Maintain precise daily operation records to analyze performance, solve risks to employee or facility integrity, and comply with Environmental and Quality Management Systems. Implement Built-In Quality strategies, close customer alerts, and coordinate corrective maintenance and MMS practice management. Requires an Associate's degree, three years of leadership experience, and automotive or industrial background.
