ASSEMBLY QUALITY ENGINEER

Assemble and lead quality engineering initiatives in assembly production, including multiple concurrent process-improvement projects to boost customer satisfaction and productivity; analyze production/service limitations, develop/implement QA sampling procedures and statistical techniques to track improvement progress; oversee test equipment precision/accuracy measurements and performance testing; collaborate with Material Review Board to disposition nonconforming material and devise remediation actions; support New Product Introduction with supplier qualification, and work with Sustaining and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve supplier-related quality issues; provide QA leadership across quality, manufacturing and engineering to improve processes, introduce new products, and enhance product design; measure and analyze quality KPIs (quarantine, DPU, FTY, losses) to define further improvements; requires strong communication in English and Italian and ability to work in a matrix organization; relocation assistance is not provided, and work visas are required per local regulations; Avio Aero promotes remote work where possible.
