Job Summary
Supervise production team leaders and coordinate scheduling of people, materials, and equipment to ensure production goals are met. Ensure compliance with company and safety policies while maintaining a clean, orderly work environment that meets factory standards. Work with various departments to maintain proper inventory levels and provide input for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Provide necessary training and enforce work rules fairly and consistently. Requires high school degree, seven years of production experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time
- Sufficient hand, eye, arm, and finger dexterity
- Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, while also performing repetitive tasks
- Prolonged periods of bending and/or twisting throughout a work shift
Desired Qualifications
- College Education in related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Successful experience with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
- Ability to meet schedule and time deadlines and manage multiple priorities
