Job Summary
Operate encapsulation machines to seal collectibles and protect item integrity, perform quality checks before and after encapsulation, and carefully handle raw products in a fast-paced production environment. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Sherwood, Oregon, with potential overtime based on business needs. Ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and maintain quality throughout the encapsulation and labeling process. Eligible candidates typically hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent and are comfortable working in a production setting with continuous improvement-minded practices.
