Job Summary
Open and unpack chassis and components for server assembly, then install brackets, labels, rails, handles, switches, and other parts on a progressive line. Integrate computer parts into the chassis, install small screws and hardware with precision, and identify cables according to rack specifications. Assemble racks based on specs, package finished units for shipment, and assist with recycling and material handling. Maintain a clean work area while following detailed instructions. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working on ladders. Candidates need at least six months of assembly experience and strong manual dexterity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of assembly or related manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders when needed
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- High school diploma or GED
