Job Summary
Operator/Production Associate needed to operate molding machines and assemble molded parts under supervision, performing quality checks, packing, and general line support. Responsibilities include reading and following Operator Instruction Sheets, using hand tools (clippers, knives, screwdrivers), trimming and preparing parts, monitoring quality versus approved samples, recording production data, and assisting with color/mold changes. Must be able to stand for the shift and lift up to 30 pounds. 5S housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures are required. Education: High School Diploma or GED. This is an in-person, hourly production role with no travel requirements.
