Job Summary
As an Assembly Operator, you will assemble small automotive parts by hand or load parts into machines. Maintain quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with a roughly 12-second cycle time per part. Ensure a consistent workflow to meet production goals and follow safety protocols on the floor (e.g., no earbuds, phones). This entry-level role offers growth into manufacturing with opportunities and includes shifts from 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM at $15/hour, with a 30-minute lunch and a 10-minute break. Required Qualifications
