Job Summary
Assemble complex mechanisms and seating components per latest drawings and specifications, including installation of screws, rivets, seals, fasteners, upholstery, and electrical wiring. Maintain and repair production equipment, ensure work orders and traceability books are completed, verify dimensions, apply adhesives per engineering requirements, and prepare units for fabrication, painting, assembly, or shipping. Read and interpret engineering drawings, follow installation procedures, work within the master production schedule, promote teamwork, and operate at multiple workstations in Huntington Beach, CA on-site. Must have High School Diploma/GED (Associate Degree preferred) and 1-3+ years of relevant experience; able to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3+ years of direct experience in assembly/manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic electrical knowledge (switch assembly/installation/wiring)
- Associate Degree is preferred
