Job Summary
Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions; inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met; operate hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment safely; maintain a clean and organized work area. This is a 1st shift position (Mon–Thu, 4:00am–2:00pm) located in Dixon, IL. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior assembly experience, with the ability to read and understand work instructions, plus basic math and measurement skills. The role may be eligible for an annual incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package; immigration sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
