Assembly Operator

Assemble tree harvesting attachments by installing components into pre-assemblies or onto fabricated structures, ensuring safe operations, high-quality builds, and production flow in line with Waratah Factory standards. Follow digital work instructions, apply correct torque and fastening methods, adjust components for proper fit, maintain 5S clean work areas, and perform in-process checks for defects. Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams; participate in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment; escalate bottlenecks and support changeovers and training. Emphasizes teamwork, safety, precision, and building high-quality equipment according to documented procedures.
