Job Summary
Perform repetitive assembly operations to manufacture curb mount skylight components, including frame building, gasket assembly, pre-packing, packing machine operation, and off-loading finished product. Follow Job Instructions, uphold production, quality and safety standards, maintain 5S practices, and assist with cleaning and maintenance. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime/weekends as needed; emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety regulations, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in a production environment preferred
- Ability to perform essential functions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience reading and utilizing blueprints preferred
- Understanding of metric measurement systems preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Compliance with safety and company policies
