Job Summary
Verify lens options, color, shade, and gradient application per request while ensuring safety eyewear documentation. Insert lenses into frames using hand tools and complete cosmetic checks. Secure lenses, align small screws, and adjust frames via heat or cool for 4-point alignment. Apply requested lens treatments and maintain equipment, workstations, and facility cleanliness. Comply with Quality Management System regulations and safety protocols. Perform basic area upkeep and support functions. Work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform general mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instruction
- Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work onsite and participate in interactive onsite meetings on a regular and predictable basis
- Ability to initiate immediate interaction, coordination and collaboration with team members, clients, customers etc
- Ability to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, pick or pinch
- Must be able to talk or hear most of the time
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

- Limit weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is no more than 50 pounds
- When lifting loads heavier than 50 pounds, requirement is to use two or more people to lift the load

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred
- Endorsement needed for Tint Tech process for chemical use
- Endorsement for Assembly
- Endorsement for manual finish blocking
