Job Summary
As an Assembly and Maintenance team member, you will assemble manufactured components for delivery and provide internal maintenance support for our equipment. You will perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, construction, and diesel equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, diesel), complete service paperwork, and participate in training. You will mentor Service Technician Apprentices and junior Technicians, work collaboratively with other technicians, and may work after hours to meet deadlines. The role requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; you must own a toolset appropriate for the work; and you will use tablets and computers for data entry, inspection reports, and work orders. A strong commitment to safety, quality, timekeeping, and customer satisfaction is essential, along with the ability to adapt to varying workloads and provide reliable service across shop and customer-site environments.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Owns mechanic toolset appropriate for the work required
- Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of Ag, Automotive, & Lifting equipment
