Job Summary
Electro-mechanical AMO Technician responsible for assembly, maintenance and overhaul of drilling equipment, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, assisting with repairs and preventive maintenance on factory equipment, and ensuring ISO-compliant quality assurance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide troubleshooting guidance and technical support, working with down-hole tools and surface instrumentation, using hand tools and precision measuring equipment, and following formal maintenance procedures. Required Qualifications
- Have diploma or any relevant degree
- 1+ years maintenance related experience in electro-mechanical drilling function
- previous experience with Baker Hughes (preferred)
- advanced mechanical aptitude
- experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- flexible working patterns or standard 5/2 and 40 hours per week
