Job Summary
The Assembly Lead & Trainer will perform advanced precision assembly, micro-soldering, SMT repair, and component replacement in a clean room environment, while providing daily technical guidance and training to manufacturing operators. Serve as SME for micro-assembly and rework; lead shift activities, coordinate workflow, and escalate complex repairs. Train operators on micro-soldering, SMT repair, inspection standards, and operator certification; develop training materials and work instructions. Ensure adherence to IPC workmanship standards, ESD controls, safety procedures, and quality requirements; participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Must have strong collaboration, documentation, and coaching skills to improve operator proficiency and yield.
