Job Summary
Lead a small team of assembly workers and temporary staff by guiding them through work instructions, training on assigned tasks, and monitoring break times to ensure adherence to schedules. Operate equipment including shrink wrap and bag sealers, manage pallet jacks for material movement, and perform labeling, packing, and stacking duties per procedures. Monitor job quality through frequent inspections, report issues to coordinators, and maintain production and schedule targets while following all safety protocols. Complete required paperwork and participate in staff meetings and training programs. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and communicate effectively with employees and contractors. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6a-2p, with overtime available as needed.

- Must have ability to lift and handle cartons up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 40 pounds on a continuous basis
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime when required
- Must complete a pre-employment background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a warehouse pick/pack fulfillment and distribution environment preferred
