Assembly Lead - Night Shift

Job Summary
Lead one or more teams in assembly/manufacturing processes to ensure on-time completion, assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and train associates. Collaborate with Management to improve production processes, supervise staff, recruit/onboard/train/mentor employees, uphold production standards and safety, coordinate with union members, and analyze production performance data. Must be able to read industrial drawings and specifications and work in an ISO 9001 environment with UL/NEC code knowledge. Maintain equipment, implement process improvements to reduce costs, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required to manage workflow, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a shop Lead or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications
- Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment
- Two or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes
- US work authorization without sponsorship
- Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check
- Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time
