Job Summary

Assemble, install, and test flight hardware for lunar landers using precision calibrated tools, specialty equipment, and mechanical tools without instruction. Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing, install electrical wire harnesses, and interpret technical drawings to follow detailed work instructions. Mix and apply adhesives and epoxies, operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and collaborate with engineers to review design concepts and document activities. Ensure all production services are performed on time, safely, and in a professional manner within ISO-rated clean rooms.

Required Qualifications

  • Be physically able to lift/carry 35lbs, perform climbing operations, and work in tight spaces
  • Experience with mixing/applying adhesives, epoxies and coating material
  • Experience in ISO rated clean room
  • Familiarity with GD&T principles
  • Experience with flight hardware in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with High-Detail, mixed volume assembly hardware
  • Familiarity with IPC & J-STD specifications
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience working within the MS office suite

Desired Qualifications

  • A&P License preferred but not required
  • Experienced Forklift Operations & Overhead Crane Operations
