Job Summary
Assemble food items including tray setup according to airline specifications; adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations; operate in a production environment spanning airline catering, event catering, and hospitality contexts; flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and handle food products and to work both independently and as part of a team. This role is based in East Boston, MA, with hourly pay and benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Proactive and self-organized
- Ability to manage through a substantial workload
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
- Flexibility (different shifts – days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)
