Job Summary
Conduct trial production and maintenance of automated assembly lines for new HDD products at the Fujisawa facility. Execute PCBA installation, soldering, and testing on assembled units based on development department requirements. Diagnose and resolve assembly device errors and failures, while performing scheduled part replacements for preventive maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish trial production plans and propose improvements to assembly tools and robot programs.
Required Qualifications
- 高校卒業以上
- 自動組立装置の保守・保全・点検業務を一定期間の担当した経験
- 基本的な機械・電気の知識
- 安全に対する意識を持ち、トラブル発生の際、自身や周囲の方の安全に配慮した行動ができる
- 開発部門、外部業者等の関係者とも積極的にコミュニケーションをとれる
- 英語：メールや文書の読み書きができる
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
Desired Qualifications
- 自動製造装置や搬送ロボットなどの動作プログラムやPLCプログラムに関する知見
- 必要となる組立ツール類の改善・改良に向けた提案・対応の経験・意欲
