Job Summary
Perform precision assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical components using microscopes and specialized tools, executing complex build processes for probe cards and sub-assemblies. Conduct functional and parametric testing of assemblies while performing visual and dimensional inspections to verify product quality. Troubleshoot assembly and test issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions, supporting engineers with failure analysis and yield investigations. Accurately record production data and process deviations in manufacturing systems to ensure traceability and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 7:00pm to 7:15am with a 15% shift differential, adhering to all safety and cleanroom protocols in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Strong hands-on experience with precision assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Familiarity with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Shift: Shift FB B: The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 7:00pm to 7:15am
