Job Summary

Assemble and test product components following documented procedures and standard operating procedures. Conduct inspections and tests to verify accuracy and functionality, recording data per operating standards. Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe work environment. Troubleshoot common testing issues, resolve gaps to standard, and provide feedback to address recurring problems. Support training of less experienced members and participate in continuous improvement activities to drive efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, protected person)
  • Eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
  • Second shift availability (M-TH 3:00pm - 1:30am)
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components
  • Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to assemble and test products
  • Ability to perform basic setups of equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ability to escalate immediate issues
  • Ability to manage time to complete assigned tasks within established schedules
  • Ability to adhere to individual schedule
  • Ability to follow lean practices such as 5S and waste reduction
