Assembly - 3rd Shift - Finishing - Ontario, OH

Temporary summer, full-time role for enrolled students supporting operations across Rx Manufacturing, Logistics, and related functions. Rotate across workstations/departments (e.g., Rx Manufacturing, Logistics) to gain broad understanding of workflows. Assist with basic assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, or inventory tasks; observe procedures and safety protocols; document minor process steps; track basic metrics such as job counts or throughput. Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and cross-functional teams; participate in team meetings, safety talks, and improvement huddles. Adhere to PPE and site safety requirements; follow GMPs and department-specific compliance; support 5S housekeeping initiatives. Role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment; duration adjustable based on business needs. Enrolled students should be prepared for on-site work in production/logistics/operations in Canada with a temporary, summer assignment.
