Job Summary
Check Bills of Material and stock bins for sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners before assembling components to verify they match the build description. Pack finished products into designated packaging with instruction sheets, label items, and stage them for system receipt. Resolve assembly and packing problems with supervisor direction while maintaining a clean, safe working environment and wearing required protective equipment. Continuously improve productivity and efficiency throughout the operational organization. All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to read, write and speak effectively to read and describe manuals, orders, processes and procedures
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and apply basic mathematical and reasoning skills
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds semi-regularly and up to 45 pounds on occasion with the dexterity to handle small pieces while assembling
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time while performing these tasks
- Ability to pay attention to details and follow verbal and written instructions
