Assembler role overseeing subassembly and final assembly using hand and power tools per drawings/procedures; responsibilities include inspecting work, meeting production targets, maintaining safety/cleanliness, documenting production/quality forms, and potentially training others; shifts available across day, afternoon, and night at a G&W Electric manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario with a focus on electrical/mechanical assembly and adherence to blueprints and BOMs.
Required Qualifications
- Has a minimum of one (1) year working experience in an assembler position
- Is able to safely use small hand and power tools
- Has previous experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Has demonstrated working knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and bill of materials
- Has demonstrated ability of use of small hand and power tools
- Has basic computer skills
