Job Summary
Assembles metal products at a bench or on the shop floor, performing duties in a timely and productive manner. Requires reading a tape measure to 1/8 inch, using hand tools, and reading blueprints. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to perform basic math. Overtime is available. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in heights up to 6 feet, and operate in small/tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch.
- Must be able to use hand tools.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must have Mathematical Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide while numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must be welcome to overtime
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds comfortably
- Must be comfortable with heights up to 6 feet
- Must be comfortable working in small and tight areas
