Job Summary
Assembler at Wilco MFG., Inc. assembles various types of material handling equipment using hand tools and measuring devices, reads and follows assembly instructions and blueprints, inspects components and finished products for quality, maintains a clean work area, collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, and participates in on-the-job training and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires basic tool proficiency, accurate tape measure use, attention to detail, effective communication, reliability, and a safety-conscious approach to manufacturing.
