Assembler

Assemble Vidir products according to engineered drawings safely and efficiently using hand and power tools within a team environment. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement to the Team Lead to ensure safer operations, higher quality, and reduced waste. Coordinate work with other team members to maintain a steady product flow and keep work areas clean and organized. Demonstrate accountabilities under the Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs by leading by example. This Mechanical Assembler role is based at the Arborg, Manitoba facility and supports the company's mission to make the world's products safely accessible.
