Job Summary
Assemble Vermeer equipment and subassemblies by following provided job instructions, align components and bolts to torque specifications, install moving parts, test functionality, inspect painted parts, apply decals and logos, and support 5S/workplace organization goals. Work with a team to meet quality standards, perform basic math calculations, and contribute to continuous improvements. Requires completing Vermeer Assembly Training and the ability to consistently meet productivity and quality targets on first shift; travel is not expected.
