Job Summary
Assemble components according to documented instructions using hand tools, power tools and specialized machinery; perform stamping, bagging, clipping, trimming, deburring, and packaging as required; conduct regular quality checks and report defects, maintaining quality standards and neat paperwork; ensure workspace cleanliness and adhere to safety practices and company SOPs; operate in shifts available (Mon-Fri or Sun-Wed) in Everett, WA; must read, understand and follow instructions in English and wear required PPE; willing to work around solvents and adhesives; environment includes moving parts and moderate noise; US Person required for ITAR/EAR compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to read/speak/understand English
- Capable of using hand and power tools
- Basic math including fractions, decimals, percentages
- PPE usage
- Teamwork and collaboration
- US Person for ITAR/EAR compliance
